Labiaplasty is a simple, minimally-invasive procedure that can reshape or reduce the size of the labia minora (small inner lips of the vulva), or the labia majora. The surgery is usually performed as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia.
Labiaplasty typically takes about one hour to complete and may require no recovery time. Most patients report minimal discomfort following surgery.
The most common complications are mild swelling and redness, which resolve within a few days. Although rare, there is a small risk of minor surgical bleeding, which can be controlled with prescribed antibiotics.

The procedure: There are two ways to enhance the appearance of genitalia:
1.
Reducing labia minora
An incision is made on both sides of the labia. Dissection can be done by
knife/scalpel and the skin is closed by suture. The whole procedure takes about
one to two hours and a patient is able to go home the same day.
2. Enlargement of the labia majora through the injection of fat: The procedure involves reshaping the labia using one of several different techniques.
Post-operative care
Patients can resume a daily routine after the operation. However, one must avoid strenuous exercise for at least 2-3 weeks. Also it is recommended to abstain from sex for 4-6 weeks.
