In our 2-5 hours face aesthetic surgery, we raise and reposition your facial skin and soft tissue. Our surgeon makes incisions on your face in front of your ear and extends up along your hairline (behind or around your earlobe and behind or in front of your cartilage into the crease behind your ear and into your lower scalp). Rarely, he might make a small incision under your chin before a neck lift.
Sometimes, he would lift only the skin above your neck (a facelift only).
Sometimes, he would stitch together your neck muscle and your skin over it to tighten them (a neck lift only).
Sometimes, he would tighten the neck muscle and your skin above, followed by lifting and stitching them tightly to your solid structures behind and in front of your ears (face and neck lift).
He then removes your excess skin and sews your remaining skin into position.
Soft tissue and fat are redistributed and sometimes added to your face.
As per your requirements, we can provide a modified facelift to promote not only your lower face (traditional facelift) but also your upper face by a browlift (forehead lift). It raises the skin and soft tissue of your brows and forehead, treating frown lines and crow’s feet (laugh lines around your eyes).
